Explanation
Both contain steroids and an anaesthetic, and although highly unlikely to create a detectable blood level, Rectal is not a permitted route for anaesthetics or steroids. The ointment CAN be used EXTERNALLY, IE AROUND Anal skin, BUT ONLY IF WRITTEN NOTIFICATION IS GIVEN
